My CWA is a Cheshire charity working with people affected by unhealthy, toxic or harmful relationships.

One of the things the charity does to help people affected by domestic abuse is help them improve their mental wellbeing.

Adult colouring has been really popular in recent years, particularly during lockdowns, when many couples and families have been under increased pressure.
